The Administrative hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 4pm.  The Sheriff's Office is closed for all state observed holidays.  The Support Staff duties include answering phones, taking CCW applications, data entry, filing and assisting the public that come into the Polk County Sheriff's Office. 

Court Security personnel operate under the direction of Lt. Kay Williams.  Court Security personnel work part-time in the courthouse, monitoring the metal detectors and citizens, providing security for our courts when it is in session.
