Sydney Finley, 26, of Springfield was arrested on a warrant for failure to wear a seatbelt and possession of paraphernalia.

Jamie Akin-Bell, 34, of Bolivar was arrested on a warrant for failure to show proof of insurance.

Nathan Casey, 30, of Aldrich was arrested on a warrant for domestic assault.
